The following are some of the website projects I have worked on:
This was my first e-commerce site having the capability to accept credit card and Paypal payments. The photographs within the site are fantastic and it was a real pleasure to help Jim (the site owner) realize a long held dream to put them up for public display and sale over the internet.
I used Concrete5 and quite a number of custom plugins that I created to enable Jim to easily add his own Photo Pages and otherwise make changes to the site on his own without having to pay me to do those changes for him in the future.
With the exception of the logo image which had already been designed and created by someone else I designed the existing site from scratch using the Concrete5 CMS to create it. The company's existing site was but a shell and nearly empty when I was contracted to design a new site for their use.
This site involved taking a PSD image file created in Photoshop and importing it into WordPress. I worked with the Thesis theme and added various PHP customizations to have the site appear as the client wanted.
SPAR Technology was designed by a graphic artist who provided the PSD file for me to import into WordPress again. Such importations involve slicing the PSD image file into various sections and then creating WordPress widgets or pages to add those sections to a website.
Please note that this web site has changed substantially in appearance since I first created it in WordPress (as seen in the image to the left).
This project involved importing an existing static page site into WordPress. Using the Thesis theme I created the pages and widgets, installed various plugins, and otherwise re-created the static site as a WordPress site indistinguishable from the original.
