My hourly rate is normally $25 per hour. On rare occassion I might charge more for work which involves specialized skill which is in high demand or when you might need me to meet a very pressing deadline but I will let you know that such is the case before I begin the work.
Open Fee Projects are projects which are billed for however many hours it takes to complete the project. Project specifications can be changed as often as needed to achieve a satisfactory end result.
A $100 prepayment is required before I begin work on an Open Fee Project.
If a project is very large and requires a lot of work I may ask you that you pay additional money (prior to project completion) for work already done.
Flat Fee Projects are those which I agree to undertake for a fixed charge. Once finalized, project specifications cannot be changed without a corresponding increase in the flat fee being charged to complete the project.
A Flat Fee estimate can result in significant savings to you and frees me from any concern that a project might go beyond the hours budgeted for it's completion. In other words, once the project specs are agreed to, I put in as many hours as are needed to complete the project to your satisfaction at no extra charge (unless the project specifications are changed).
A prepayment of 50% of the Flat Fee estimate is required before I will begin work on your Flat Fee project.
Prepayments are non-refundable barring any justifiable reason to expect a refund from any negligence, lack of timeliness, or other fault on my part (which I assure you won't happen).
